Our Client is seeking an experienced Power Platform & Data Solutions Specialist to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role plays a key part in driving data integration, analytics, and safety performance across the organization. You’ll be responsible for researching and refining data sources, designing systems that collect and analyze safety and performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Power Platform development, data analysis, and process improvement to support continuous operational excellence.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location, subject to change per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced Power Platform / Power Apps solutions for enterprise use.
• Analyze complex data models, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Manage large-scale data systems, dashboards, and performance metrics with high accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on data integration, technology, and innovation.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Coach and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data or technology-related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Platform and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in BI development and data science tools (Python, R).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, data relationships, and data security.
• Proven track record in process improvement, project management, and change leadership.
