Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to drive the
development and growth of Ultiself’s expanding product ecosystem. This role
requires a visionary leader with strong product management expertise, excellent
analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building impactful
digital health and wellness products.
The ideal candidate will combine a data-driven mindset with creativity and will
be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple
projects are being developed in parallel. Experience with health, wellness,
or lifestyle-related products will be a strong advantage.
This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional analytical skills, strong
product management expertise, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the product strategy for Ultiself’s platform and
individual projects, aligning them with company goals and user needs.
* Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and
improvements based on business impact, health/wellness trends, and user
feedback.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design,
marketing, QA) to deliver high-quality product experiences.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for
innovation and differentiation.
* Oversee product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery, high
performance, and continuous improvement.
* Monitor KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, health impact) and optimize
product functionality to maximize value for users.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency,
alignment, and clear communication across teams.
* Stay updated on the latest health, AI, and technology trends to ensure
Ultiself maintains a competitive edge.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
(3+ years preferred).
* Experience in AI, technology, health/wellness, or lifestyle digital products
is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid leadership and project management abilities.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability
to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
* Passion for health, self-improvement, and creating products that positively
impact people’s lives.
