We are looking for a highly motivated AI Data Scientist to join our AI team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing datasets, identifying
patterns and insights, and preparing clear technical tasks for developers. This
role requires a strong background in data analysis, practical Python skills, and
the ability to bridge data insights with actionable development requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze and explore large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
* Prepare structured requirements and tasks for developers based on data
findings.
* Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and AI/ML engineers
to translate business goals into technical solutions.
* Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to ensure data
quality.
* Build and validate prototypes for AI/ML models (when required).
* Document methodologies, findings, and task specifications for internal
stakeholders.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned
with business objectives.
* Support design and training of AI Agents
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Statistics, or a related field.
* Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
* Hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization (e.g., Matplotlib,
Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau).
* Understanding of AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, clustering,
predictive modeling).
* Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
* Experience:
* Proven experience in a data analyst / data scientist role.
* Exposure to preparing tasks or user stories for developers.
* Telecom or enterprise software experience is a plus
* Experience with conversational AI or AI Agent systems is a plus.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills (able to explain technical findings
to non-technical stakeholders).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
