— Salary $1,500–3,000+ — fixed base depending on your experience +
performance-based bonuses for achieved strategy and sales results;
— Average income $2,000–2,500 within 2–4 months, with potential growth
to $3,000+ after 6–9 months;

We won’t consider candidates without:
— At least 5 years of experience in marketing;
— At least 2 years in a senior role (CMO / Strategic Brand Officer);
— Strong understanding of SMM and modern digital channels;
— Experience in fashion / luxury / lifestyle segments (with a strong aesthetic
sense);
— English level B2+ (for international presentations and communication).
Will be an advantage:
—Proven experience in building and executing international brand expansion
strategies;
—A portfolio of successful fashion or luxury cases demonstrating real results.
Main responsibilities:
— Develop and implement a 6–12 month brand strategy;
— Build a strong digital presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn);
— Lead the marketing team (SMM, design, art, PR, digital);
— Strengthen brand awareness in both B2B and B2C markets;
— Analyze campaign results, optimize reach and conversions;
— Ensure consistency of visual and communication materials;
— Participate in collection development from a positioning and branding
perspective.
