This past June, we launched a new product — an app focused on habit-building
with a subscription-based monetization model and a performance-first marketing
approach through channels like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and TikTok.
In just the first two months, we achieved positive unit economics and are
on track to grow our revenue tenfold by the end of this year.
Our team is embarking on our third business venture together and has a proven
track record of successful exits. We possess unique market insights that
significantly enhance our chances of success — this isn’t our first time working
with this business model, and we’ve already built products for this audience.

To achieve these ambitious goals, we’re looking for a driven Product Marketing
Manager who will:
— Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects with a focus
on key business metrics — Revenue, LTV, Retention;
— Develop full-cycle product solutions by collaborating closely with marketing,
design, analytics, and engineering teams;
— Design, conduct, and evaluate product experiments that solve business
problems;
— Identify and leverage hidden opportunities for product and business growth;
— Drive data-driven decision making through comprehensive analysis of user
behavior, conversion funnels, and performance metrics.
What matters to us:
— 1+ years of experience in IT product
management/analytics/marketing/Copywriting/Content or 2+ years
in FMCG/Big4 companies;
— A track record of personal achievements as an individual contributor;
— Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information
and draw conclusions from it (factor analysis, finding cause-and-effect
relationships, prioritization);
— Experience in dealing with unknown challenges and the ability to drive
projects from start to finish;
— English at a B2+ level.
Bonus points for:
— Experience with analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
— Experience managing cross-functional teams;
— Deep domain expertise in one of the following areas: Analytics, Marketing,
Product, Content;
— Experience working in a startup/early-stage project or another fast-paced
environment;
— Experience with subscription-based monetization models and performance-first
marketing.
