We’re looking for an experienced CMO/Head of Acquisition & Retention to drive
user growth, engagement, and long-term player value for our client —
a fast-scaling international iGaming company.
As the Head of Acquisition & Retention, you will lead a team responsible for the
full player lifecycle — from attracting new users through multi-channel paid
acquisition to designing data-driven CRM and loyalty strategies that maximize
retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition:
— Managing mid to large-scale paid media budgets across channels (Google, Meta,
affiliates, influencers, etc.), optimizing for target CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
and ROI. Acquire and manage brand affiliates covering non-regulated and
regulated markets.
Retention:
-Developing and executing the CRM strategy through email, SMS, push
notifications, and in-app messages. Creating segmented campaigns for welcome
series, deposit bonuses, free spin offers, and reactivation of dormant players.
Building a loyalty system to enhance players’ engagement.
Analytical:
-Deep diving into data to analyze campaign performance, player behavior, and
channel effectiveness.
Calculating key metrics: CPA, LTV, Churn Rate, NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) per
player, ROI.
Using tools like Google Analytics and internal BI/BA platforms to inform
decisions.
Strategical:
-Developing the overarching strategy for how the company will grow its player
base and keep them engaged.
Allocating the multi-million dollar marketing budget across different channels
and regions for maximum return.
Planning the annual marketing and CRM roadmap aligned with business objectives
(e.g., entering a new market, launching a new product).
Managerial:
-Leading and mentoring a team of specialists (e.g., Acquisition Managers,
CRM Managers, Affiliate Managers, Data Analysts).
Coordinating with other departments: Product (to improve the user journey),
Compliance (to ensure all marketing is legal and responsible), and Finance (for
budgeting and forecasting).
Requirements:
-5+ years in a similar role.
-Experience in iGaming.
-Deep analytical and forecasting.
-Fluent English (C1+).

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset,
hands-on experience in performance marketing and CRM, and the ability to lead
cross-functional teams across markets. You’ll manage significant marketing
budgets, oversee affiliate partnerships, and collaborate with Product,
Compliance, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with the company’s
broader objectives.
