Full Stack Developer (Python/React)

Backend (Python)

* 3 years of commercial experience with Python.
* Frameworks: Django, Django Rest, FastAPI.
* Strong knowledge of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and implementation.
* Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic skills with
NoSQL (Redis as a plus).
* Understanding of ORM concepts, database schema design, and query
optimization.
* Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices.

Frontend (React)

* 3 years of commercial experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
* Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive UI, and component-based
architecture.
* Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or others).
* Unit/Integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).

Full-Stack & Infrastructure

* Comfortable working “across the stack”: from building and styling React
components to designing and deploying Python APIs.
* Experience integrating internal/external APIs and authentication
(OAuth2/OpenID Connect).
* Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment via
CI/CD.
* Git workflow, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Soft Skills & Language

* English B2+: ability to participate in daily stand-ups, demos, and technical
discussions with clients.
* Team player with analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
* Strong self-management and proactivity in problem-solving.
