What we expect from you:
— 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design
— Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
— Skills in collage-making, retouching, and post-processing
— Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual
styling
— Creativity, attention to detail
— Experience working with brand identity and adapting it for multiple channels
- Willingness to explore and test new formats, tools, and design approaches
Your future responsibilities:
— Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity (logos, color schemes,
typography, guidelines)
— Create design for digital and offline channels: website, social media,
presentations, events, and promo materials
— Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, idea generation, and design process
optimization
— Create compelling compositions and graphic solutions aligned with current
design trends
— Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure consistent visual
communication
— Experiment with new formats and technologies to boost brand visibility and
recognition
Your focus in the team:
— Create key visuals and adapt them across various formats for ad campaigns and
marketing projects
— Develop and tailor designs for digital formats (landing pages, banners,
branding, etc.)
— Follow brand guidelines and help evolve the company’s visual system
