Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for our current growing project.
Any technical background is preferable.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably experience in working
with foreign customers;
* Extensive experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from business
stakeholders, decomposing work and facilitation of prioritization of work.
* Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including functional
and non-functional requirements, use cases, and user stories. Ensure that
requirements are detailed, well-structured, and traceable.
* Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing
stakeholder expectations
* Understanding of scaled agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration
processes.
* Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
* At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with API

Responsibilities:

* Elicitate, gather, and consolidate requirements from technical and business
stakeholders, BA’s and PdMs from other streams;
* Develop technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
screen mockups that effectively communicate requirements to the rest of the
development team
* Translate technical language into business language to ensure a clear
understanding of requirements and solutions
* Collaborate closely with development teams throughout sprints to align on the
product vision and deliver effective solutions.
* Participation in all the team activities: daily meeting, planings, demo
meeting, retro etc.
