Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Growth Officer based in New York, NY. The Chief Growth Officer will oversee and lead the sales and business development teams, develop and execute growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive revenue generation. The role includes building strategic partnerships, optimizing marketing initiatives, and ensuring the company’s goals align with growth objectives.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
• Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable growth initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in the influencer marketing, social commerce, or digital media space is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
