We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our
Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting
pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering, solution development,
proposal preparation, and client presentations. You will work closely with the
sales, project management, and delivery teams to ensure that client needs are
accurately captured and aligned with our service offerings.

Requirements:

— 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus
on pre-sales activities in IT, software, or consulting environments.
— Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate
business requirements into functional specifications.
— Ability to analyze and model business processes, identify gaps, and propose
solutions to improve efficiency.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly
present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
— Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze problems, and propose
effective solutions.
— Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach to understanding
business needs and offering solutions.
— Experience in Healthcare domain for US market is nice to have.
— English is Upper-Intermediate/Advanced is a must.

Responsibilities:

— Work with sales and business development teams to understand client
requirements and craft tailored solutions to meet business needs.
— Engage with potential clients to gather, analyze, and document their business
requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
— Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that address client
needs while being cost-effective and technically feasible.
— Assist in the creation of high-quality proposals, including solution
overviews, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines.
— Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate the proposed
solution, answer queries, and clarify the business and technical approach.
— Conduct market and competitor research to ensure our solutions remain
competitive and innovative.
— Liaise with delivery and project teams for the first few months of the
projects start to ensure smooth handover of client requirements.

Additional Information

* Must be ready for occasional pre-sales calls with clients between 6–8 CET.
