On behalf of our trusted partner — a dynamic and growing force in the iGaming
industry — we are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics to take the helm
of the data function and drive strategic impact across the business.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
* Proven experience in a Head of Analytics or Lead Data Analyst role within the
iGaming industry
* Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau,
or similar)
* Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and engineering concepts
* Hands-on experience with analytics for key geographical markets: Tier-1 and
Ukraine
* Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to communicate
insights to C-level
* Balanced mix of visionary, communicator, and practical manager
Nice to have:
* Experience modernizing legacy data stack and transitioning to more flexible
tools
* Track record of building self-service analytics frameworks
* Experience establishing robust data domains (Payments, Antifraud, Casino,
etc.)
🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and develop the 8-person analytics team
* Be a hands-on contributor: deep-dive analysis, dashboards, complex queries
* Design and implement systematic approach to data management
* Establish and promote self-service analytics model
* Manage analytics priorities and ensure data quality
* Elevate data visualization and storytelling across company
* Structure analytics function and processes to accelerate company growth
