Our client is looking for a Middle to Senior Product Manager.
TASKS:
* Working with the current product stack (new features, QoL solutions, and
other improvements):
* A solution for Facebook operations: automation of ad purchases, reporting,
CRM, integration with AI APIs (e.g., GPT-3, image generation).
* Payment solution.
* Reputation management solution for Facebook.
* Collaboration with the development and QA teams: task formulation,
participation in daily standups, product acceptance, and consultations.
* Managing the backlog, roadmap, and task prioritization.
* Creating and validating product hypotheses.
* Customer development and research:
* Communicating with users and subject-matter experts.
* Analyzing similar solutions.
* Designing CJM (Customer Journey Maps), user flows, specific UX solutions, and
describing use cases.
* Independently creating basic layouts/prototypes (Figma, Axure). Collaborating
with UX designers (task formulation, supervision, joint search for optimal
UX solutions).
* Stakeholder interaction, collaboration with growth and customer success
teams.
* Approximately 70% product-related tasks, and 30% project-related tasks.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALITIES:
* Desire to influence products and the team.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (projects are
interconnected; the workload allows for efficient multitasking, but readiness
and ability to keep several projects in focus are crucial).
* Strong understanding of the product development cycle.
* Solid knowledge of the Agile development cycle.
* Good understanding of UX (familiarity with Rasquin, Cooper, and related
concepts).
* Well-versed in B2B/SaaS solutions.
* Basic understanding of technical constraints and possibilities, ability
to communicate effectively with the development team in their language.
* Experience working with hypotheses and A/B testing.
* Understanding of how to launch micro-MVPs.
* Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude or similar).
* Excellent communication skills:
* Ability to uncover users’ pain points (not just their requests).
* Clearly articulate issues and collaborate with the development team
to find solutions.
* Ability to simplify complex problems.
* Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to solving tasks.
* Proficiency in Figma at a basic/intermediate level:
* Ability to create and present mockups to users and the development team
(focused more on functionality and precision than aesthetics).
* Domain knowledge is a plus.
