We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young, ambitious, and
fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently
expands our presence in global markets.We’re looking for a Head of design
(Warsaw) who can turn product goals into clean, intuitive, and high-converting
user experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Development and implementation of a design system across all products.
* Curating the visual concept and brand standards.
* Managing a team of designers and providing mentorship.
* Collaborating with product managers and developers to implement solutions.
* Ensuring consistency of the user experience.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
* 5+ years experience in building and implementing design systems.
* Understanding of Bauhaus concepts, minimalism, and modern UI/UX trends.
* Proficient in Figma, AI graphic tools, Adobe Photoshop.
* Team management skills.
WE OFFER:
* A flexible schedule and remote format, or office in Warsaw.
