Spaceberry [https://spaceberry.studio/] is an AI-driven design studio. We create
interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with the US/UK/EU markets.
Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development
of digital products. Now, we are looking for a skilled Strong Junior UX/UI
Designer to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Timely creation of high-quality web/mobile interfaces;
* Conducting research to improve the user experience;
* Presenting solutions to clients;
* Collaborating with managers, clients, and colleagues;
* Being part of projects from concept to completion;
* Creating and curating internal work for the studio (Behance).
Required skills:
* At least 1 year of commercial experience in UI/UX design;
* Up-to-date portfolio showcasing mobile and web interfaces (3+ projects);
* Proficiency with tools: Figma, FigJam;
* Confident use of AI tools (text, image, video, audio, interactive
prototypes);
* Experience with research and UX methods: navigation maps, information
architecture, competitor analysis, CJM, UX Audit;
* Advanced use of Figma features: components, styles, variants, variables, auto
layout, etc.;
* Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, composition);
* Ability to deliver tasks within deadlines;
* English level at least B1.
SOFT SKILLS:
* Accountability, punctuality, sincerity;
* Strong communication skills, ability to clearly express thoughts and find
common ground with others;
* Aesthetic perception and the ability to create visually appealing solutions;
* Willingness for self-improvement and learning new tools;
* Non-confrontational attitude and ability to accept criticism constructively.
