REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years in a product management, business ownership, or strategic growth
role
* Experience with AdTech / MarTech products or privacy-related technologies
(CMPs, CDPs, DMPs)
* Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, IAB TCF, and data privacy landscape
* Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products to multiple
markets
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical
and non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree
of autonomy
* English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
WOULD BE A PLUS:
* Experience with SaaS platforms, B2B clients, and/or publisher-side tools
* Knowledge of consent UX best practices, tag management, and user segmentation
* Understanding of legal-tech, reg-tech, or compliance-related solutions
* Prior startup or scale-up experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Take end-to-end ownership of the CMP product: from vision to execution
* Define and implement the product development strategy, aligned with business
goals
* Build product strategy, team structure, and operational processes from the
ground up
* Drive market expansion — identify opportunities and lead product rollout
across multiple regions and verticals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing,
Sales) to deliver value
* Analyze user needs, regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, TCF, etc.), and
market trends
* Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery and
long-term vision
* Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies
where applicable
* Monitor product KPIs and continuously optimize value proposition, adoption,
and monetization
* Represent the product in strategic discussions and support decision-making
at the company level
