ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our
chargeback prevention system — connecting services, monitoring performance, and
working with data that protects merchants in real time. You’ll collaborate
closely with Analytics, Sales, and Account Management, gaining hands-on
experience and a direct impact on business results.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* connecting, testing, and monitoring the operation of chargeback prevention
services;
* working with the database;
* active interaction with other teams: Analytics, Sales, and Account
Management;
* processing analytical requests from our clients.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:
* you are studying in a field related to analytics/programming/math;
* you know SQL and Excel at an advanced level;
* have advanced analytical skills and a willingness to solve problems;
* know how to build effective communication;
* English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher;
