About us:
We are a dynamic IT team building web and SaaS products for international
clients. We value transparency, craftsmanship, and high-quality code. Our
projects range from startups to scalable platforms, and we focus on performance,
accessibility, and modern frontend practices.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and maintain web applications using Vue 3 (Composition API, Pinia,
Vuelidate, VueUse)
* Work with Nuxt 3/Nuxt 4 (Nitro server routes, hybrid/edge rendering,
routeRules)
* Build fast and optimized applications using Vite, tree-shaking,
code-splitting, and dynamic imports
* Write maintainable code in TypeScript
* Implement responsive and modern UI using Tailwind CSS and Quasar JS
* Create smooth animations and interactive UI elements with GSAP
(ScrollTrigger, will-change, reduced-motion) and Lottie → video fallback
* Build custom charts and data visualizations with Chart.js plugins
* Optimize web applications for Google Lighthouse (Performance, Accessibility,
Best Practices, SEO): diagnose and fix bottlenecks, reduce
TTFB/LCP/FCP/TBT/CLS, configure caching, lazy-loading, critical CSS,
code-splitting, optimize fonts (preload, preconnect, display-swap, subset)
and images (responsive srcset, AVIF/WebP), manage third-party scripts
(defer/async/requestIdleCallback), prioritize resources
(preconnect/prefetch/fetchpriority), optimize SSR and routing — target 90–100
Lighthouse score on mobile and desktop
* Understand the basics of SEO (sitemap, robots)
* Work with Figma for designs and Git for version control
We expect:
* Solid experience with the listed frontend stack and tools
* Strong understanding of web performance optimization and modern frontend best
practices
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
* Good communication skills in English(B2 or higher) for working with team and
clients
* Proactive and organized, able to work independently and in a team

* Knowledge of server-side rendering, hybrid/edge deployments, and SEO
optimization
