Your Responsibilities:
— Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs,
ensuring full alignment between business objectives and technical
implementation.
— Translate requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance
criteria, flow diagrams, and other relevant artifacts for the development team.
— Define and manage project scope and milestones, ensuring deliverables meet
business priorities and deadlines.
— Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization,
so that the development team always has a well-prepared pipeline of tasks.
— Act as the main point of contact for requirement clarifications and manage
change requests efficiently throughout the development cycle.
— Provide data-driven and platform-specific recommendations to improve user
experience and business processes.
— Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring
traceability and easy knowledge transfer.
— Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare training materials,
and support internal teams during rollouts.
— Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, QA, and developers to ensure
functional and non-functional requirements are well understood and met.
What We’re Looking For:
— 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
— Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
and the full product lifecycle.
— Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, data modeling, and
creating structured specifications.
— Strong skills in data flow design and data mapping between systems.
— Upper-Intermediate+ English (written & spoken) — comfortable communicating
with both business and technical stakeholders.
— Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible
language.
— High level of ownership, responsibility, and proactivity.
— Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
— Hands-on background in development or QA, even at a basic level.
— Working knowledge of SQL, relational and NoSQL databases.
— Experience using UX tools (Figma, Sketch) to visualize requirements.
— Domain experience in Fintech and Logistics or similar complex digital
products.
— Ability to run workshops, discovery sessions, or product refinement meetings
independently.
