QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Proven experience as a backend engineer (5+ years preferred)
* Strong hands-on experience with Golang (experience with Rust or Java
is a plus)
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
* Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API design
* Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with cloud technologies
* Experience in video streaming or OTT platforms.
* Experience with graphql
* Knowledge of DevOps best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Architect, implement, and maintain highly scalable backend systems.
* Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams in order to build the
right solutions.
* Balance short-term deliverables and long-term vision to design solutions that
can evolve with the business.
* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
* Maintain high development standards through code reviews, documentation, and
collaboration.
