ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:
We’re seeking a Product Manager for the Launch team to boost our product-led
growth.
Forget the usual buzzwords: no endless discovery sessions and hours-long blocker
discussions. Our Product Managers don’t just shuffle Jira tickets, they drive
real outcomes: shipping features that matter, scaling products that move the
needle, and just getting things done.
The Launch team owns the following components:
* Company Website — communicating the product’s value proposition and driving
acquisition;
* Product Onboarding — account creation, setup, and configuration;
* Business Onboarding — completing the questionnaire to connect payment
infrastructure;
* Documentation — supporting merchants during integration with our product.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Execution — delivering projects that move the product forward and achieving
set goals;
* Discovery — identifying new growth opportunities, structuring ideas, and
conducting research;
* Planning & Prioritization — planning and prioritizing the initiatives owned
by the team.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
* 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager;
* Proven experience in building IT products;
* Experience in team management;
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on business goals;
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
* Experience in building interfaces and collaborating with design teams;
* Experience working with analytics and optimizing metrics;
* Hands-on experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, BI, HotJar,
Clario).
