About You:

* Experience as a graphic/creative designer;
* Proficiency in one or more graphic editors software e.g. Capcut, VN, Adobe
Premiere. It’s a plus if also master Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe
Illustrator
* Proficiency with current AI tools and prompting (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.)
to enhance creative production;
* Availability of a portfolio with ready-made motion works;

Big Plus:

* Experience in creating advertising creatives (static and video);
* Knowledge of basic technical requirements for advertising creatives for
different platforms;
* Ability to work with Figma and Canva;
* Experience with AI tools;
* Experience with UGC;
* Team player.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generating ideas and building scenarios for advertising content;
* Selection and preparation of visual materials for creatives based on user
experience analysis;
* Creation of static and video creatives for advertising;
* Adaptation of created creatives to different systems, countries, and the
uniqueness of the finished creatives;
* Compliance with the Policy rules and technical requirements for advertising
creatives/videos for different platforms;
* Search and implementation of new effective practices to optimize work:
* Use of artificial intelligence in work;
* Reducing the time for creative development;
* Use of ready-made templates for quick development;
* Adding to the general library of creatives;
* Close cooperation with the CEO and the team of designers and marketers
to identify different approaches to advertising campaigns.
