We’re looking for a Creative Studio Manager to lead our award-winning in-house
creative team. At Sumsub, we’ve already picked up 35+ global creative awards —
including top-tier wins like Dubai Lynx — proving that even B2B SaaS can be
bold, human, and exciting.
This role is where strategy meets execution: you’ll drive video production, run
creative sprints with a multidisciplinary team, and own large-scale brand
awareness campaigns from idea to final assets. If you have a strong background

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Video Production
Lead the creation of impactful promo videos for product launches, campaigns, and
thought-leadership. Oversee the full production cycle — from scripting and
storyboarding to directing, editing, and delivery — ensuring content aligns with
brand voice, audience needs, and campaign objectives.
Brand Awareness Campaigns
Own and drive flagship awareness initiatives end-to-end, from initial brief
through execution. Manage both in-house teams and external partners, delivering
global assets adaptable for regional and local markets.
Creative Campaign Ideation & Sprints
Guide cross-functional creative teams through fast-paced sprints to generate
bold, insight-driven campaign concepts. Establish repeatable processes, foster
experimentation, and shape the best ideas into scalable, multi-channel campaigns
with measurable business impact.
ABOUT YOU:
* Collaborative spirit with the ability to inspire creativity and unite shared
resources across teams.
* 5+ years of experience in creative, video, or content production (agency or
in-house).
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional creative teams.
* Strong storytelling ability, especially in turning complex B2B/SaaS topics
into engaging content.
* Hands-on expertise in video production (from scripting to final cut).
* Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution.
* Excellent project management skills: able to run multiple projects across
different stakeholders.
