That’s why, together with Bohdana Moskalenko
[https://www.linkedin.com/in/bmoskalenko/], Head of Creative Strategy at Nibble
by Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our
team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry. Working closely with the
team, you’ll turn ideas into impactful, well-crafted marketing creatives that
drive product growth.

What product will you be working on?

Nibble [https://nibble.onelink.me/8oBa] is an all-around knowledge app for adult
learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art
to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries,
including the US, the UK, and Canada.

What will you do:

* Lead the full cycle of ad creative production — from initial idea to final
result.
* Set clear briefs for designers and production teams.
* Analyze ad performance and apply insights to future campaigns.
* Collaborate with the product team to align on messaging and strategy.
* Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform your ideas.
* Suggest improvements to streamline creative workflows.
* Use AI tools to generate ideas, create content, and automate routine tasks.

What do you need to join us:

* 1+ years of experience as a Creative Marketing Specialist, Designer, Content
Creator, Creative Producer or in similar roles.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing basics, especially for Meta and
TikTok platforms.
* Experience with writing ad copy and video scripts.
* Strong research skills to analyze trends, audiences and competitors.
* Ability to brief designers and production clearly.
* Basic design or video editing skills.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools for generating visuals, text, music
or video.
* Creativity combined with a business mindset and the ability to work
independently.
* English at B2 level+ to work with global content and teams.

Would be a plus:

* Understanding of user acquisition principles.

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can
decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office, remotely,
or combine these options.
