Hi to everyone reading this!

We’re currently looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team
in a full-time collaboration format.

About us:
Mind Studios specializes in mobile and web app development, helping businesses
unlock their potential and turn ideas into profitable products.
Our key domains include: Real Estate, Logistics, Healthcare, Fitness, and Mental
Health.

Our achievements:
— 12 years in the IT market;
— Offices in Dnipro, Kyiv, and Vienna;
— Over 90 professionals on our team.

What we offer:
— Work in a professional team building innovative products;

development plans;
— Education budget tailored to your skills and experience;
— Flexibility: work remotely or from one of our offices;
— Paid vacations and sick leaves;
— Transparency: monthly company updates.

In this role, you will:
— Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for projects across GameDev
and Outsource departments (tests, migrations, dependencies);
— Automate deployment and infrastructure setup for development, staging, and
production environments;
— Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Grafana,
Prometheus, UptimeRobot, Loki, ELK);
— Implement and support infrastructure as code (IaC) for consistent, repeatable
setups;
— Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD reliability, performance, and
cost efficiency;
— Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices.

What’s important to join us:
— 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production environment;
— Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and shell scripting (Bash,
Zsh);
— Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose (containerization best
practices);
— Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins,
or TeamCity;
— Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, OVH,
DigitalOcean);
— Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana,
Loki, ELK, Sentry, UptimeRobot);
— Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) and backup
automation;
— Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, reverse proxies (Nginx, Traefik),
and SSL/TL;
— Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm (deployment, scaling, and
troubleshooting);
— Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi);
— Experience with GitOps tools (FluxCD);
— Experience with version control and branching strategies in Git;
— Upper Intermediate or higher English level (communication with teammates and
clients).

Nice to have:
— Container orchestration beyond Kubernetes: Nomad, ECS, EKS, or GKE;
— Serverless environments (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions);
— Security & compliance tools: HashiCorp Vault, OpenVPN, CrowdSec, Falco;
— Load testing and performance monitoring (k6, JMeter, Grafana k6 Cloud);
— Configuration management: Chef, Puppet, Ansible;
— Cost monitoring and optimization (AWS Budgets, Kubecost, Grafana Cloud);
— Scripting languages: Python, Go, or Groovy for automation tasks.

What makes us different from others?
We are focused on results, not on processes, although we make sure there
is no mess.
You are going to have a solid influence on the product and its future strategy.
We build products for users, not for clients, and sometimes it is OK to say
a reasoned “No” to the customer.
