Position Overview
We are seeking a strong Project Manager with a deep background in Business
Analysis to manage small-to-mid size projects, coordinate development teams, and
ensure that client requirements are fully understood, documented, and
implemented. This role bridges the gap between the business needs and the
technical solution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
aligned with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software
development projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with
business goals.
* Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective allocation of resources and
timely task execution.
* Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, driving resolution
strategies and mitigation plans.
* Deliver clear, actionable, and timely status updates and insights
to stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Champion the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and
methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Business Analysis
* Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from
stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into clear specifications for the development team.
* Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and developers to ensure
understanding of requirements.
* Support backlog grooming and user story preparation.
* Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
* Conduct requirements traceability to ensure all deliverables meet business
needs.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and
key stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead strategic workshops, client meetings, and executive presentations
to gather input, communicate progress, and validate deliverables.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong, trust-based relationships.
* Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate change requests in collaboration with
business and technical teams.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery in an outsourcing
or consulting environment.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis for IT/software
development projects.
* Deep understanding of SDLC, with practical experience in Agile
(Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills: user stories, acceptance
criteria, business requirements, process mapping, use cases, and wireframes.
* Proficient in project and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Google
Workspace / MS Office, Lucidchart, Miro (or equivalents).
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability
to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
* Experience managing small projects or workstreams.
* Familiarity with enterprise systems.
* Knowledge of QA processes and UI/UX collaboration.
