ABOUT US AND CURRENT VACANCY
TokenToad.games is a side project of Nanobot.Group`s founder Andrii Koniukh.
We are TokenToad, an early-stage iGaming startup building the AI infrastructure
layer for personalization, retention, and loyalty. With a prototype ready and
strong operator & investor interest, we are moving into the MVP pilot phase.
We are looking for a Head of AI (future CTO) — a senior technical leader who
will design and build our AI engine (starting with churn prediction
& personalization) and grow a world-class engineering team.
What you’ll do
* Define AI & data architecture for our MVP and beyond.
* Build real-time behavioral models (churn, bonus optimization,
recommendations).
* Lead technical vision, ensure scalability and compliance.
* Hire and mentor the AI/engineering team.
* Work directly with founders, investors, and operators to deliver pilots.
What we expect
* 4+ years in ML/AI engineering.
* 2+ years in leadership (Head of AI, CTO, Architect).
* Proven track record building large-scale, real-time data systems (gaming,
betting, fintech, ad-tech, or similar).
* Expertise in ML pipelines, recommender systems, predictive analytics.
* Ability to lead both hands-on prototyping and long-term architecture.
* Startup mindset: ready to own the technical DNA of the company.
