Hey, we’re KOLO and we’re looking for you. We are the living proof that being
a financial product isn’t always boring. We’re building cool stuff in Web3 and
seeking someone who can help us talk to the world in a fresh, human,
scroll-stopping way.
There is no need to be a crypto expert to join us. You just need to know how
to tell a good story, make people care, and not sound like ChatGPT.
It’s a match if:
— You’re creative as hell, full of ideas, and love the internet (and you’re
up to date with the best practices and trends, of course)
— You get how content needs to look and feel different on every platform and for
every type of audience. You know what grabs attention, what gets ignored, and
what has a shot at going viral
— You’ve made content before and you’re really good at that
— You’re comfortable in front of the camera and behind the camera
— You know how to juggle ideas, stay organised, hit deadlines, and keep content
flowing
— You have the necessary equipment (camera or phone, microphone, lights) and
know how to use it
— You know how to script, shoot, and edit short videos for social media
— You’re self-managed, but love vibing with a team
— Your English is pretty good (both written and spoken)
What we expect you to do:
— Working on content plan for various social media
— Creating content for X, Instagram, Telegram, and other places people scroll
their lives away
— Coming up with fun, weird, smart content ideas (we’re into all 3)
— Producing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, maybe even Shorts)
— Teaming up with our marketing crew to make awesome stuff or doing it yourself
if that’s your thing
— Turning finance and crypto into content that’s actually fun
— Playing around with tone of voice and figuring out what clicks
Always a plus if:
— You’ve done anything in Web3 / crypto / fintech (but again, it’s not required)
or have a genuine interest in this sphere
— You have experience in motion design
