About the Role
We are rapidly growing and looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer
to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for producing
high-converting video creatives for paid advertising campaigns on platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
This is a key role in our creative unit — you’ll be turning concepts into
scroll-stopping ads that drive real results in the competitive iGaming space.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Create engaging and high-performance video creatives for Facebook/Instagram
ads (montage, animation, visual effects, typography)
* Work closely with media buyers and copywriters to develop concepts and visual
storytelling approaches
* Adapt visuals based on performance data and creative testing results
* Keep up with the latest social media trends, ad formats, and viral styles
* Contribute to idea generation for new campaigns and promotional formats
* Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
* Be ready to complete a short test task!
Key Requirements
* Experience in the gambling/iGaming vertical is a MUST
* Proven experience creating short-form video creatives for performance
marketing (required)
* Hands-on expertise in:
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Photoshop / Illustrator
* Solid understanding of motion design principles: animation curves, timing,
keyframing, typography
* Familiarity with video tracking, masking, and compositing
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Attention to detail, creative vision, and adherence to deadlines
Nice to Have
* 1+ years of hands-on gambling/iGaming vertical
* Experience with creative testing in Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
* Knowledge of Figma, 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) or sound design tools
* Understanding of compliance and advertising restrictions for gambling ads
