Senior Backend + AI/LLM Engineer

Hello everyone!

We are looking for a Senior Backend + AI/LLM Engineer to join our team.

Project Idea

The project aims to build a comprehensive digital platform that prepares
business owners for the process of selling their company and connects them with
potential buyers.

What is the team size and structure?

You’ll be joining a growing team that includes a Senior PM, Solution Architect,
Middle Full-Stack Developer, Middle WordPress Developer, Middle UI/UX Designer,
Middle QA Engineer and Middle DevOps Engineer.

How many stages of the interview are there?

— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;

— Technical interview — up to 1 hour.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in backend development with Python
* Strong knowledge of FastAPI and experience writing tests with PyTest
* Proven experience working with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI API, Anthropic
Claude, or similar) and implementing AI-powered features in production
environments
* Experience in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
systems, and designing workflows for automated content generation and
evaluation
* Experience implementing authentication and authorization with OAuth2/OIDC
(e.g., Keycloak)
* Hands-on experience integrating payment systems such as Stripe
* Proficiency in working with Docker, AWS, and implementing CI/CD pipelines
* Solid database skills with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions
* Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement AI-driven business valuation platform, including prompt
setup and automated report generation.
* Build and extend backend services that handle user flows (intake dialogues,
tips, valuations, calendar, etc.).
* Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of core backend logic while
integrating third-party services (e.g., billing, notifications).
* Collaborate with the team and client to refine requirements, validate
outputs, and align AI-driven features with business goals.
